Holistic Wellness

She seemingly had the perfect life — the modelling career, the award-winning restaurants. Then she lost everything. Twice. She's never been more grateful.
Burnout. Homelessness. Panic attacks. Abuse. Poverty. Hannah has lived through it all — and what she discovered on the other side isn't a self-help script. It's a set of tools that actually work, delivered with the honesty, humour, and warmth of someone who's truly been there.
Hannah Airey
I am dedicated to facilitating personal growth and healing through a range of holistic approaches. My offerings in the workplace include workshops on laughter wellness, stress management, and breathwork. I also provide treatments that incorporate bioenergetics, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) technology, muscle testing and homeopathy to alleviate inflammation, illness, pain, trauma, and anxiety. I believe we can support the body and mind to heal in most cases, given the right tools and access to practises and easy to understand information.
The buzz word 'biohacking' refers to the practice of using science, technology, and self-experimentation to optimise physical or mental performance, health, and longevity. This sums up perfectly what I've been experimenting with for the past 20 years. I deliver holistic wellness practises with authenticity, humour, a tried and true track record and have been fortunate enough to train with leaders in their fields before they became popular. I do this is a safe and trusting environment which allows participants and clients to relax and recieve what they need at the time.

Treatments
With years of experience in holistic healing and consultancy, my journey began with an as needs must approach to my own healing. Panic attacks, burn out and desperation are great motivators! Sharing what has worked for me to help others is an absolute passion of mine. I combine various modalities to create tailored experiences that resonate with each individual's unique needs. I also use scenar, bioresonance and PEMF technology alongside every treatment.
Community Laughter Clubs and Trainings
I trained with the founder of Laughter Yoga, Dr Madan Kataria, in 2007 and started the second Laughter Club in NZ and the first in the South Island. At the time I was experiencing high anxiety and stress due to personal circumstances and found that this was the most powerful bio-hacking tool I had come across. It was also extremely effective in becoming more mindful and quietening my mind.
I became a teacher in 2009 and have trained hundreds of participants for both personal and professional development. Some have gone on to start their own community laughter clubs and others have made it part of the daily lifes.
It's weird, wonderful and works!
"We don’t have a choice in things that happen to us, but we do have a choice in how we react and what we can do to help ourselves."

The team and I found the workshop not only incredibly informative but also uplifting and full of genuine laughter. It offered exactly what we needed, a moment to pause, reset, and reconnect with our own wellbeing.
Your knowledge of managing stress and caring for ourselves was shared in an engaging, accessible way, and it truly resonated with everyone in the room.
We’re deeply grateful for your guidance, your energy, and the practical tools you’ve left with us as we continue supporting our community.
