Reflexology: 1 hour duration
$120 [includes bioresonance scan valued at $50]
Recommended for re-balancing energy, increasing relaxation and healing
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears to promote relaxation, balance energy, and encourage the body's natural healing processes. It is based on the principle that these points, often referred to as "reflex zones," correspond to different organs, glands, and systems within the body.
What to expectPrior to your initial treatment you will be sent a health history form.
At the beginning of your treatment, you will start by having a relaxing foot bath, during which time Hannah might ask a number of questions relating to your form. You will then lie on your back on a massage table, fully clothed, with your feet at one end of the table where the practioner's chair is. Hannah will begin the session by placing her hands on your shoulders and will initiate a calming energy release before starting the sequence on your feet, working on the reflex points, addressing different areas of the body in a systematic manner. Hannah will apply specific pressure to the reflex points using her thumbs and fingers. The pressure applied can range from gentle to firm, depending on your comfort level. |
