An infrared sauna blanket is a portable and compact device designed to provide the benefits of an infrared sauna in a more convenient and affordable manner. Infrared saunas use infrared heaters to emit infrared light, which is absorbed by the skin and produces heat. This heat helps increase the body's core temperature, induce sweating, and promote various health benefits.

Heat Healer consists of 96 smooth jade and tourmaline stones which help to perfectly absorb heat and then disperse it evenly throughout the entire blanket.

As well as ensuring even heat dispersion across the blanket, jade and tourmaline emit negative ions naturally when heated up.

Negative ions are naturally occurring particles which are typically found in environments that people find peaceful and relaxing (Eg, the beach, rain forests and waterfalls are all environments that are naturally high in negative ions).

How to prepare

We recommend that you are well hydrated before your session. Please bring your water bottle with you and change of clothes to wear during your session. We suggest loose cotton clothing, including a long sleeve top and pants and socks. This helps you contain the heat and increase the experience.

We will supply towels. Please be assured the blanket is very well cleaned and is very hygienic.

There is no shower on site.

Please do not use the Heat Healer if you are pregnant, under the age of 16 or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please make sure to check with your doctor first before using the Infrared Sauna Blanket.

Always listen to your own body and do what is right for you. Never try to 'push' yourself or allow yourself to feel uncomfortable or excessively hot. Your sauna session should always be a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Bioresonance scan

As part of this treatment, you will receive a bioresonance scan. The results of which will be downloaded to our miHealth device (handheld technology) and will be used to get your body's energy moving. The results will also be imprinted into a meditation which will be available to listen to during your treatment. This will also be available to you ongoing through your NES Health portal.
